Terms & Conditions

• All applications must be duly filled along fee of Rs.10,000
• Within 7 days of paying the application fees, you will be required to sign the allotment letter and pay Rs.40,000 towards booking fee
• The balance amount towards your villa needs to be paid on the basis of the payment schedule (refer Payment Schedule )
• Customers need to register the plots within 60 days from booking
• The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application received
• The company shall not be responsible for any consequence due to acts of nature or act of state (i.e.) force majeure clause
• The customer has to bear all the stamps duties, registration fees, incidental charges and any deposits to be made to the Govt. bodies
• All measurements are subject to minor variations without specific or general notice
• Any dispute arising shall be restricted and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore city only
